We stayed at Podere Sette Piagge for a few nights during our vacation. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped with colorful plants and a pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good selection. The location was great, just a short drive to the old city, and there was even a secret parking place for only 1 euro/day. The family-run business added a genuine and friendly touch to our stay.
I do recommend this hotel.

Beautiful garden, comfortable and homely. Breakfast was very good, with excellent fruit.
Lighting in bedroom not too good- we like to read. Shower quite small. But still very comfortable!

Alberto and his daughter Francesca were so friendly and hospitable. The property was stunning, our room was spotlessly clean, large, comfortable, and furnished in a local style. Beautiful garden, pool, outdoor breakfast with fruit grown on the property. Property backs up to historic road you can walk up to enter the town of Orvieto. One hour train ride puts you in Rome. If you are in Umbria or southern Tuscany, you must stay here!

Alberto and MariaLouisa made us feel right at home as we walked onto the wide open porch of their home. Alberto greeted with us with a big smile and made us feel so welcome. He enjoys telling about his farm and Orvieto. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast the next morning was great. Cherry tomatoes, delicous figs, jams all homemade from the farm, with bread, cheese and cold cuts. Wonderful experience.
I think there needs to be another sign posted for the turn off from the road from Orvieto (historical town) It certainly sneeks up as you drive back from the hill top.

Our stay at Podere Sette Piagge was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the historic center, and the staff treated us with utmost hospitality.
Breakfast delights, but could use more frequent coffee refills to keep up with the demand.

The service provided by Alberto was amazing. The room had the essentials and the bed was comfortable. The location was great and the accommodation had a stunning view. An ancient road led up to Orvieto center and it took around 10-15 minutes by foot but it was very uphill all the way (i suggest no high heels), if coming back late at night a flashlight is a must. Alberto is growing his own vegetables and fruit, one word: delicious, we tasted some of it. We were most of the time relaxing by the pool enjoying the surroundings, once in a while we could hear Alberto's sheep, it was just what we wanted for the weekend. For breakfast homemade jams were served. We would definetely come back.
A minor observations is about the breakfast, althought with good seasonal fresh fruit and homemade jams, it could be improved with some juice or cereals.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this family-run B&B. The fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious, and we loved the tomatoes on toasted bread with fresh basil and parma ham. The owners were so accommodating, making us custom eggs and providing a relaxing atmosphere. The clean rooms and great facilities, including a pool, made our stay even better. The location was convenient, close to the main town. We highly recommend this gem of a place!
